This week we have decided to add another player to our FIFA10 team, having shown he can handle his own in some games on-line against very good players we are happy to announce the addition of David 'Arshavin dLx' Bytheway. David has been performing well on-line in Game Battles and tonight has attended his 1st LAN event in the FIWC losing in the quarter finals to PwR Ben 2-1 in extra time which is by no means a bad result against such experienced opposition.
Statement from DavidI am extremely pleased to have the chance to represent R!ve Gaming. It's been very hard for me to find a proper team to play for as I didn't have much experience. I do now have experience but it wouldn't of happened if they didn't give me the chance. I hope to do well and progress in the future whilst playing for R!ve Gaming.
Welcome to rive David and good luck with future LAN and online games.

After a fair few trials we have decided on taking a player that easily stood out amongst the rest, having previously played for teams like Infused, SK and TCM and alot of time playing with our team over the past few days Ben 'Necrome' May has been named to finalise the roster.
Having finished 1st in CSL in the past as well as a 2nd place in the Decerto FFA its clear this player has a talent that we feel will help strengthen our lineup.
Statement from NecromeHaving the opportunity to play with the rest of the guys is brilliant, Ive never had so much fun playing the game with a team. Ive been playing with them recently and we seem to be working well as a team, I look forward to joining up with them for rive.
Statement from PimpzWe have been playing with ben for the last few days and he has gelled with us really quickly, he has plenty of experience competiting against top teams and I feel he will be a great asset to the team.
After our recent failed attempt to rejoin the console scene we had to wonder where it would go next, never did we imagine that within hours of our failed attempt we would be bringing in a team that arguably is one of the best up coming talents on the 360 console playing MW2, Its a great pleasure to welcome Section Six to rive gaming.
I think during our time we have always worked with teams who have potential and its great to carry on that tradition, having only been around for 4 months this team is already widely recognised and performing well in the tournaments like Decerto where they are currently in the last 32 after finishing top of their group.
The Current Line-up is:
Pearse 'PimpZ' Dodds Frank 'Frank' Gammon Jack 'Higgsy' Higgs Curtis 'King' Angus
The team is currently trialing a few options for a stable 5th and will be announced shortly.
Quote from Pearse 'PimpZ' DoddsIt's a great pleasure for us to join Rive, I'm glad that Wayne has shown confidence in us to be able to make a name for rive within the mw2 community. I look forward to competing in tournaments on-line and at LAN for rive.
Im pleased to announce the arrival of 2easy to rive gaming, this team consists of some very experienced players who have played at a high level for some time now. Tom 'youthink' Ambler, Matthew 'PezzR' Perry and Dennis 'Mennace' Fick have all played for the likes of Die-Indianer, H2k.uk and Element in recent times while Blair 'bLAIR' wilson formerly played with Arm3d. The team will be attending Multiplay I39 in April and hope to improve on previous good performances.
Those of you paying attention will have realised there is only 4 people mentioned, the team are currently working on a new 5th and an announcement will be made in due time.
Current Lineup
Tom 'youthink' Ambler Matthew 'PezzR' Perry Dennis 'Mennace' Fick Blair 'bLAIR' wilson
5th TBA
Statement from Dennis 'Mennace' FickI guess as just about all people could say, getting into a good org is not the easiest thing in the world. Being picked up by r!ve has certainly made that a little less stressful. Also, coming from South Africa, I havent had much opportunity to get into a good org, as I havent been around long. This is a large step forward for me personally, as well as our team. Many thanks to r!ve gaming, and we look forward to working with them for the forseeable future!
Its a pleasure to welcome you guys to rive and I wish you all the best of luck in your future games.
